We have substantial experience with Attorney General, Department of Justice (DOJ), Federal Trade Commission (FTC), Federal Communications Commissions (FCC) and Office of the Inspector General (OIG) investigations.

Ms. Lerman's Bio:
Attorney Cathy Lerman, Principal of Cathy Jackson Lerman, PA, has practiced law in Florida since 1982. Ms. Lerman has a diverse legal background which permits her to handle a wide variety of legal matters. She began her career as a litigator with a general law practice, handling both civil and criminal cases. In addition to growing a successful law practice, Ms. Lerman has served as general counsel to high growth and Fortune 500 companies in the technology, health care and finance sectors.

Ms. Lerman has directed the litigation strategy for many high profile lawsuits, involving multimillion dollar claims, including class action suits, attorney general investigations, DOJ investigations, and heavily disputed regulatory matters both in the U.S. and United Kingdom.

Ms. Lerman is also an advocate for persons with disabilities and is heavily involved in social enterprises benefitting persons with disabilities. In 2011, Ms. Lerman launched Sandalcandy.com with her daughter who serves as CEO and Creative Designer. Sandalcandy.com is a luxury shoe line that donates a portion of each sale to worthwhile charities.
